Feasibility Study

Every project begins with an intent but not all are feasible to be built. We study factors such as site context, climatic conditions, authority requirements with the brief to assist clients in making a valued decision.

Deliverables: Feasibility/ recommendation report.

Architectural & Urban Design

We prepare sketches to interpret the design brief and develop it further to allow fellow consultants to commence detailed design. The developed proposal with cost estimates and project schedule are submitted to the client for approval.

Deliverables: Plans, sections, elevations, rendered views.

Contract Documentation

We prepare drawings, specifications and all documents required for tendering. These drawings and documents form the basis of the building contract which we then administer to ensure the works are built accurately and robustly.

Deliverables: Tender drawings, documents.

Project Management

We examine the contractor’s works programme and other submissions to satisfy that the works can reasonably be completed within the contract period, to acceptable quality and standards. It involves periodic inspection and issuance of certificates as required under the contract until the works are deemed completed and handed over to the client.

Deliverables: Meetings, inspections, certification.
